The Product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The Product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging
You must provide a valid proof of purchase.
Custom or special order items may not be eligible for returns.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via the contact form to request a return authorization. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Pack the Product: Carefully pack the Product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
3. Ship the Product: Send the Product to the return address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the Product.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Exchanges 
If you wish to exchange the product for another item, please follow the return process outlined above and specify the desired replacement. We will process the exchange and ship the new product to you.
Exceptions
Please note that special order, custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
